For maintenance needs, click the maintenance request button to access our Tenant Portal and submit your request. If you have any questions or concerns and need to speak with a staff member, call us at (817) 294-2353. Please note, however, that this does not replace the requirement to submit an online request.

For emergencies requiring immediate attention, call (817) 294-2353 Ext. 206.

For after-hours emergencies, call (817) 294-2353 Ext. 206, select option 5, and DO NOT disconnect during the transfer process, even if you hear multiple connection sounds. Leave a detailed message, and someone will return your call promptly. Additionally, be sure to submit a maintenance request through our Tenant Portal.

For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 immediately.

Important
Any repair or damage caused by negligence or misuse is the tenant’s responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be completed, but you will be charged for the cost of labor and materials. This includes damages or plumbing stoppages resulting from tenant's negligence or misuse.
