So when it’s time for you to move on, Award Property Management would like it to be an easy and pleasant experience to the end.
Now that we have been notified of your plan to vacate, Award PM will begin to market & show the property during your last thirty days. If the property is not available to show, you may be subject to a penalty equal to one month’s rent (stated on lease; Par-14, Sec-D). You are responsible for the rent, utilities and maintenance of the yard to the end of your 30-day notice. Termination will be effective on the last day of the month following the month in which the notice is given (stated on lease; Par-4, Sec-B).
Apart from normal wear and tear, the property must be in the same condition as it was when you moved in. Your completed inventory/condition form from your move-in will be used to evaluate the inspection report and help determine any deductions from your deposit refund amount.
Between tenants, a professional cleaning service is hired by Award to properly clean the flooring/carpet in all properties. Service is conducted after the keys have been received by this office & the fee is automatically deducted from each tenant’s deposit refund, covering your financial obligation to maintaining the property (stated on Lease; Par-10, Sec-D (1)).
